Cliff Gregston is an ordained minister. He has been a Youth Pastor for 8 years and was also an elder of the Church.
The Gregstons initially moved to Arklow Ireland and began to serve at a local church there for a year. They learned a lot while serving at Bridge Christian Community Church and feel connected to them to this day.
While in Arklow, the Gregstons met Logan and Sarah Smith, another American couple that have moved to Ireland to do ministry as well. What a divine connection! Logan and Sarah then joined the Gregstons vision to plant a church.
It became obvious through prayer and the leading of the Lord, that the time had come to plant a Church in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, a thriving little town that had no Evangelical Church. They ran an Alpha Course and other bible studies and the group began to grow. Although the Church is in the beginning stages, it is evident that the Lord is doing a work indeed.
The desire of Dungarvan Christian Fellowship is to show the love and truth of Jesus in a practical way. It can be said that if Christianity doesn't work in the real world it doesn't work at all. As we know, Christianity DOES work and Jesus is still touching lives all over the world. Ireland is a country inundated with ritual and religious exercise, and yet it is a place crying out for churches that will reach out to people with the love of Jesus and with the message of salvation as defined in the Word of God.
All are welcome to come.
