To grow in Faith and share our Faith in God with the World around us
Weekly Bible Studies
Our Bible studies are a relaxed meeting where we read and discuss the Bible together in an open forum, either by topic or scripture. It is a great way to dig deeper and share personal insights into what God is saying through the Bible and how we can apply His Word to our daily lives.
Our Bible study meetings are on:
Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm in Abbeyside, Dungarvan
Friday evenings at 7:30pm in Cappoquin
Saturday evenings at 7:30pm in Abbeyside, Dungarvan (Youth)
Hearts and Crafts
Hearts and Crafts is a gathering of primarily ladies (with a few kids and sometimes husbands) from our church and the community in the lovely home of one of the mothers of our church, Lyn. Here we chat and craft – whether knit, crochet or learn paper crafting with Lyn around the table and spend a lovely few hours hearing stories and sharing our lives over a cup of tea and something delicious to eat.
Every second Friday from 10:30am
All parents know that teaching our children to know and love God from an early age is so very important. It is a privilege to serve these young and tender hearts, and we are blessed to have Children’s Church teachers that serve faithfully and teach truth and faith with a dash of awesome fun 🙂
Our Children’s Ministry runs during the Sunday service after worship for three Sundays in the month. The first Sunday of the month is Family Sunday and the children stay in the service with their families.
Weekly prayer meetings
Our prayer meeting is the time to come together and seek God and His will for our community. We believe in being intentional in prayer and we pray each week for people in our community, fellow churches across Ireland and Europe, and internationally for nations.
We know that prayer is powerful because God answers prayer and it is so exciting to partner with Him as we see His kingdom come.
Wednesday mornings at 11a.m (Venue is confirmed each week)
Our bold and courageous youth live out their faith daily at school and in the community and we are humbled by their passion, their faith and their servant hearts. The youth attend a weekly Bible Study and are active in serving the church in different areas.
This year they travelled to Belfast to attend Summer Madness – Ireland’s largest Christian festival, and they regularly mix things up and have good fun and fellowship. We love our youth!
